Anna completed her Masters Degree in violin performance University of Maryland (UMD), College Park in 2025. Her notable teachers include James Stern, Irina Muresanu, Dong-Suk Kang, Masao Kawasaki, Peter Sirotin and Karin Kelleher. She teaches students of all ages in violin and piano. She has performed at numerous summer festivals including Spoleto Festival USA, Aspen Music Festival, National Repertory Orchestra, and MusicAlp. She is affiliated with New World Symphony, Annapolis Symphony, National Philharmonic, and Baltimore Chamber Orchestra. She was a soloist with the UMD Wind Ensemble in 2025 and also a finalist in the UMD concerto competition, performing the Korngold Violin Concerto. She was a member of the AIMS festival orchestra in Graz, Austria, where she performed for their 2019 and 2022 season. Anna served as their Assistant Principle Orchestra Librarian for the 2022 season.
In the summer of 2026 she will be retiring to the National Repertory Orchestra to perform in their Alumni String Quartet for an 8-week residency.
She worked as a Graduate Assistant during her Masters Degree for the Arts for All Initiative at UMD. The Arts for All initiative partners the arts with the sciences, technology and other disciplines to develop new and reimagined curricular and experiential offerings that nurture different ways of thinking to spark dialogue, understanding, problem solving and action.
